Pees in the brown Koolaid
Its pretty amazing to pick up a 60 lb. box and hold it for a minute and realize that I was lugging that much extra flab around 24/7. I have had people comment that I look thinner, and my clothes are getting baggy. And my feet dont hurt at the end of the day!

Good deal Sober that is great! I've lost 20 lbs recently and even though I've got more to loose, I feel better and my health is better. Like you Sober, my feet don't hurt anymore and I don't tire so easily at work.
It's hard but it's worth it and being consistent is important.
