If you wish comment, what $ or fraction of per package delivered is a reasonable figure for a driver either in Ground or HD if you own HD routes also?
Compare your new drivers to your veterans and keep in mind the number of packages they might average in a given week, the amount of time it takes each to deliver, and the cost of complaints and accidents and missed performance bonus money.
