Well folks, I made a big change at work and jumped my boat about a month ago. Went from a 20+ route contractor to a 6.

The amount of stress and being on constant alert for problems has been reduced to almost zero. We have 6 people who arrive every day. They arrive pretty damn happy because we make their job as easy as possible, because my new owner actually gives a hoot. If anyone goes over 90 stops, I start filling a truck. When and if I start filling that truck daily, we hire another person.

We run almost brand new equipment!

All bulk stops go on 2 straight trucks, we have a 3rd for overflow.

I have landed the best FdxG manager job in my region.
