Mark was the mechanic assigned to my truck. My truck was an automatic. Last summer i rolled my ankle and snapped 2 ligaments. I was out on comp for two months. Soon after I came back my truck had to be taken out of service for a couple of weeks. Mark, knowing that a a stick shift would make it hard on my ankle, "hijacked" a brand new automatic from another center for me. He caught alot of grief for this. There will never be another like Mark.
