Being a ups teamsters gives you the potential to be at the top of the industry in wages and benefits. You can not have a college degree and make over 100k plus 40gees in benefits. You can build or buy your own home buy a really nice couple cars and provide for your family. Th work is hard but most people that see you in your Browns have a respect for you. You can meet some really good people that you if you are lucky can call friends and if my the grace of God you can make it through it all can live a good retirement. You can also afford to send your kids to college and pay for that wedding for your daughter. There's to many things to mention.

All this from a guy that tried college for a minute and it wasn't for him.
