Anyone else suffer from racism/reverse or otherwise?
LOL. I wouldn't consider this offensive, just a cultural thing. If I see a friend, I immediately challenge them to a beer chugging contest regardless of race.
This is how the world is.
What is reverse racism?
It's when white kids can't get in to the graduate school of their choice.
That's affirmative action.
I asked because if racism is discrimination/bigotry/etc. based on a person's race, WTF is "reverse" discrimination?
If you have to have it drawn in crayon for you...yeah, I'll just end it there.
It's still discrimination, just when it's being wielded by those who would otherwise might be discriminated against themselves. Some might call it poetic justice. Two wrongs don't make a right.
Oh good lord. It was a jab at the semantics of the term "reverse discrimination." See Carlin, George; Wright, Steven; or Hedberg, Mitch. I figure a lot of the people here could identify with the latter.
It doesn't exist here at FedEx, because we have P-S-P. George Carlin would have you pinned up against the wall in about 3 seconds because he'd have ferreted your corporate allegiance out immediately.
Separate names with a comma.
