That's not the point.

It is the point if it's not delivered before 10:30 it can be deliver anytime before the business closes or anytime to a house they don't care at that point. There isn't a how late the package was delivered list that it going to show up on. It's just going to show up as late....

No, you're not getting the point. It's not about what UPS thinks after it's late or about anything that has to do with refunds or whatever.

It's about the CUSTOMER. What if you were a customer anxiously awaiting an urgent NDA that is supposed to be delivered by 10:30. You are waiting and waiting. 11am goes by. 12pm, 1pm, 3pm...and your day could now be blown based around a package that was important to your whole day.

Always get to a 10:30 commit NDA stop as soon as possible after it's late. Not technically a rule but the absolute right thing to do. Otherwise, they go with FedEx next time.

When they bring late air out to us they always tell us to deliver on trace. When we have a snow storm they always tell us to deliver on trace before we leave the building.

Suppose your ex and her lawyer are sitting in his office waiting for some paperwork to finalize your divorce. It was supposed to be delivered by 10:30. Wouldn't you think it better to deliver it as soon as you can rather than waiting for when it is convenient for you?
