Time to file a grievance?

Dispatch has been building routes in my center for seasonal and SVD drivers, working them 9 hrs. and more within the last week. I am FT, on ALO, and have not even been getting close to 8 hrs. per day. Any advice on how I should approach this?

If yall are still using seasonal or helpers that to me is extra contractual. I would hope if you had part timers they weren't using to drive would file on it. If not file on it and make them abide by the contract. Just be prepared for the hours. I think it's wrong, all it shows me is their is a need for more full time drivers that ups refuses to put on. I personally would file everyday. Some will say a volume spike doesn't constitute a route being put in for full time. I honestly don't believe it's a spike I think volume will be here for a while. File on it.
