[QUOTE="Jack4343, post: 207483, member: 7328"] I know that those PB boxes are a HUGE pain in the butt. However, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids have created quite a few jobs for our fellow UPSers. In our center, we have a route that just delivers to Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids at our local mall. It's a full 24 footer and sometimes it's more than one. Nice route too. Just 2 stops and about 30 pick-ups. Of course, the piece count can reach into the 1000's. Still, you call the PB people on the phone before you arrive, they meet you at the mall loading dock with floats. You scan and move the packages to the back of the truck and they load them onto the floats for you. We are PB's exclusive shipper and they (and William Sonoma) have created many many UPS jobs. Their boxes are so huge that they have their own routes. Again, I know they are difficult to deliver (I'm currently on a large resi route so also see their boxes everyday) but unlike the Dell contract, this one has created a bunch of jobs for us so I am thankful to them.
