U.S. Has Record 10th Straight Year Without 3% Growth in GDP
The Bureau of Economic Analysis has calculated GDP for each year going back to 1929 and it has calculated the inflation-adjusted annual change in GDP (in constant 2009 dollars) from 1930 forward.

In the 85 years for which BEA has calculated the annual change in real GDP there is only one ten-year stretch—2006 through 2015—when the annual growth in real GDP never hit 3 percent. During the last ten years, real annual growth in GDP peaked in 2006 at 2.7 percent. It has never been that high again, according to the BEA.
Hmm....... I wonder what happened between 2006-2009?;)

A lame duck president left & a leftist president tried to play economist .
You really can't find any economic data to support the idea that we are worse off than we were when Obama took office. A lot of data says we're far better off so maybe your better line is that the obstructionists in Congress sabed the economy although that is a dubiously suspicious argument to try to make.

I find it the Republicans twin arguments very interesting.

The first is that the President has no real control over the economy.

The second is that our economy has been wrecked by our current President.

Which is it?

This is what you bring to the country when Republican policies OUTSOURCE jobs to other countries. This country cannot match prior periods of growth where the jobs were in the USA versus a period where all the manufacturing jobs have gone to mexico, china, vietnam and india.

You dont like it?

Dont vote republican.

Vote republican?

Shut up already.

TOS.
