Tieguy- Here is my response. The "we" I refered to would be the readers of this forum that feel like I do. Sorry if I confused you. You don't know that I'm not following the contract. In your infinite wisdom you just assumed that. It is obvious, based on other posts from other people that the company is not following the contract. The "three ring" circus that occurs at panel and deadlock is a travesty of justice and you know it. The company is playing the contract like a "second hand fiddle". I have seen the "hand shaking", "back patting" and "bottom petting" that occurs at panel and deadlock. It's all a party for everyone except the grievant who stands to lose substantially. Behavior of this nature would never occur in a real court of law. I have been told, on more than one occasion, that going to panel or deadlock is "....the throw of the dice". You might win, you might not....it all depends on if they feel like "messing" with you, if you are liked, not liked or if there is a deal to be made and the grievant ends up being a sacrifice for someone else. It shouldn't be this way. The contract is written in black and white. The wording doesn't magically change when you're sitting at the table at panel or deadlock. Your turn. I can hear the tap dancing now.
