Trouble w/upsers.com

I cannot say just how many times I've been locked out of upsers.com since I started working for this company. I would really like to get hacking at this sites perks.
No matter how many times my password is changed they simply won't let me in.
I use my employee ID code, i come up with one, I answer all the security questions.
Nothing works. Even the SUPs in my building haven't been able to help me.
Is it these stupid security questions that I'm tripping up on, or what? Do I need to start all over again and get new numbers? I don't know anymore!

If you get locked out, you need to contact Tech Support during business hours. I have had a lot of problems with it too.

If you get locked out, you need to contact Tech Support during business hours. I have had a lot of problems with it too.
