Hi, I don't know if this the correct place to ask questions about UPS thermal printers so I'd appreciate a little guidance. Everyday I print an End of Day where a summary is printed on the thermal printer and then the rest of the report is printed on my laser printer. That's working just fine. However, the next day when I begin creating shipments, the first shipment label, even if it's just one package, prints just fine but the receipt prints up to 14 times!!!!!! Why???????? It's only ONE package!!!!! AAAAHHHH!!!! It only happens with the very first shipment created after an End of Day report has been printed. Everyday it's a waste of 14 labels!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
