I unlocked it, there was nothing wrong with it. One of the quirks of the last software upgrade is that is very easy for a mod to lock a thread if they double click something.

It had to have been one of the new mods. Just locking things all willy nilly to throw around their power!

It was meant to only take effect for those BCers working at the Greensboro NC hub. The new software has that functionality - lock out by work location.
