As far as the IP thing is concerned, A residential Ip changes dynamically. It NEVER stays the same... Now if for instance they are on a sever system it may but not always.. Do your research people... On another note. If you dont work directly with this person dont judge... The building I work in is 90% corrupt.. So ease up a bit...
