Hi, ive been a p/t sorter/loader for 2yrs and 9 months. I am in the pool for management because i want to take advantage of the college tuition. My question is based on a little hearsay, i've heard that you can get a payout for your time in the union. So, If i go from p/t to sup, can i recieve some type of payout for my time as a union employee? I also work in southern california.
