No doubt. It would be nice to be a part of a great local. A local where stewards have workshops and there's a strong trust in your leadership.

Plus the chow. Must be harder to retain pt time employees in the big cities?
We've got about a 50% (ongoing) turn over on preload this year I was told.

I think they are happy if twenty percent stay for a year. Retaining employees is just a cost of doing business and retaining to many isn't in UPS's business model I'm afraid.
