You pretty much covered everything.I would have a hard time finding a way for this guy to keep his job.
1 The package is in his hand as he pulls up and was probably sitting on the dash prior to grabbing it.
2 He does not appear to set the brake as he comes to a stop.
3 not to mention that he does not come to a complete stop before exiting
4 He is not wearing a seat belt
5 He is not using the rails to dismount or mount the seat
6 He is exiting the drivers side of the car
7 He is on the wrong side of the road
8 And he does not appear to check the mirrors as he is leaving.
And all that before I would even mention throwing the package.
UPS, your bonus dollars at work. Dont that just send a shiver up that brown spine?

OMG! The truck is still rolling when he gets out and does his best Pete Webber personation! (Professional Bowler) The E-brake must not work as he does release it when he gets back in.
It was wrong what he did...but damm he is good at it!!I got to give the guy props for great form. That takes much practice.
If ya can't be good, then be good at it. LOLIt was wrong what he did...but damm he is good at it!!
oh shoot , didn't read your whole post and hence didn't catch the bowling reference , didn't mean to try to steal your thunder.. I remember there was a Pete and Earl Webber. Was Earl the father (i think) or the son? If I remember, Pete Webber was the son and he was a leftie.
