UPS can't compete because of high labor costs?

The contract passes based upon how the union members in the larger areas vote. Hoffa and his cronies will focus their efforts in those areas and rightfully so. There are roughly 200 employees where I work of which the majority are part timers. Do you think that our votes will make any difference?
