UPS Driver Randy Collins Files Lawsuit - Patch
Tolland resident Randy Collins has filed a lawsuit in Rockville Superior Court against Patrick Wall and Wall to Wall Earthworks Home Maintenance of Vernon for Wall's role in a July car crash that left Collins critically injured, according to a press release sent to Tolland Patch.
Wall was driving the car that collided with Collins' UPS truck at the intersection of Old Post Road and Mountain Spring Road.
