Texas edition silverados actually have Texas edition badges. but yeah that's true. when my body style silverado first came out in 2007 they had a "California package" which is the same exact thing as the "Texas package" lol

90% of the Texas Special Edition trucks I've ever seen are 2 wheel drive wannabees.

Thought it was something like that. Does Chevy charge more for the Texas Edition badge? Vacationing down here all week.

Usually special edition vehicles are cheaper because they make a kazillion of them --all with the same options.

We had special edition trucks around here years ago. You could get them in either 2 or 4 wheel drive.

I would have sworn I've seen Texas Edition 4 X 4's. Apparently not. I' will be down there in a couple of weeks and will be looking.

Yeah I think you can get them in 4x4. but they still come with 20's and chrome trim.
