UPS Freight G/O in RIC & SLC being shut down?

Certain depts at both offices will be shut down by the end of the year. Those employees were told they can start looking for other jobs with UPS or elsewhere. There's also rumors circling that the office building in Richmond is going to be put up for sale.

That does not suprising considering the way UPS operates. Might as well run everything from Atl. Richmond seems just to be a front anyway. I doubt that they make any major decisions anyway. Next they need to cut salary positions at some terminals. I know we have people tripping over each other and don't know who has ant authority.
