I've always been an hourly and I also benefitted quite handsomely from the public stock splitting and doubling. We did benefit from being in the right place at the right time but I don't see how that "screws" everyone else. Many of my hourly coworkers also benefitted. I agree with Tie, I tend to appreciate and respect those that have blazed this path before us, both mgmt and hourly alike. I hope you too work hard and enjoy some of the benefits this company has to offer.
