ups help line needs help!!

good grief, i have to take off for a couple of weeks in feb & at the rate the ups benefit line is going.....it may be then before they take my call!! How come everything had to be difficult. & by the way wouldn't it be easier if a PERSON answered so u could get thru to right department the 1st time???
