I disagree sir, at least in my case. As an example, last week I had a small container of grapefruit for a snack on my first 10 min break everyday, then for lunch I had a salad, no other snacks at all during the work day and did the same thing everyday for the whole week. The problem is at night after dinner from that 8pm-1am time period I tend to graze. I could probably also lose 40-50 lbs.

Meh, Iran. Country is full of youngsters and most hate us less than their own government. It's a true 50/50 right now, but I agree.
