United Parcel Service Inc. Chief Executive Officer Scott Davis is seeking cooperation partners in Europe in a bid to expand the U.S.company’s private clients business there, Capital magazine reported, citing an interview.
The world’s largest package-delivery firm has established contact with Deutsche Post AG among others, Davis is cited as saying.
UPS is not interested in acquiring the package unit of Dutch postal company TNT NV, which may be put up for sale next year, according to the German magazine.
