If he has been told not to do that, its dishonest. example number three, an employee takes his full lunch and breaks, than on his return to the building stops for a soda and is on his cell phone for ten to fifteen minutes, he does not code this time out. dishonest??....Why don't you give me some of the examples of management abusing dishonesty and I will give you my point of view.
