This means there will be no job for you. You can NOT move to another department, and one of the terms of the severance contract is that you will never apply to work at UPS again. Severance will be 2 weeks pay + a week for every year you worked + unused vacation days for the whole year + unused discretionary days for the whole year.</p><p></p><p>***THESE DATES ARE GIVEN UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT NOBODY IN THE "SAFE" GROUP TAKES A SEVERANCE AND LEAVES.
