Loading trailers is a ridiculously hard job, no doubt about it. Not having worked out in two years is a pretty major drawback. Why not dedicate yourself to staying for a set period of time (three months?) and then seeing how you feel about it.

Loading anything is cake to me, unloading the trailers is the only job at UPS I really hate doing.
