This also falls under the "don't try this at work" category. I was once doing more than anyone else in the building yet these clowns were like "why aren't you doing more". Greedy idiots trying to get their numbers up. Never once asked me how much I could do or how much I was comfortable with or how I did it. I figured if they weren't happy with what I was doing, I will do less. I'm happier now and learned my lesson. UPS punishes good workers. Ironically like the OP also a 20+ year employee.
