I wish people would stop spreading suppositions and rumors. He couldn't have been fired for the alleged theft of the radiator. That was a separate incident as it was supposed to have occurred four years ago. Details of the alleged theft incident: On November 5, 2010, driver Kerry "Joe" Joe did a pickup at the following auto repair, design and testing shop: Hesco 1200 2nd Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35233 (205) 251-1472 www.hesco.us Hesco had a custom radiator near the packages to be picked up that wasn't marked to be picked up, wasn't in a box, didn't have a tracking label, etc and had originally been shipped from TSA Motorsports (designs, builds and races custom trucks used for competitive desert racing) for testing. Hesco filed suit naming both Joe & UPS in November 2012, claiming Joe "negligently, recklessly or intentionally" took the radiator while doing the pickup. Jefferson County District Judge Jack Lowther found in favor of Joe and UPS after a bench trial on Sept. 10, 2013. According to police he was only fired within the last month, appealed it, and lost the appeal "in recent days" then "received his final papers" on Monday. That being said, even if UPS somehow never found out about the alleged theft of the radiator when it happened, they were sued in 2012 and it was over in 2013. They wouldn't have then waited another year to initiate discipline, therefore this must have been unrelated.
