UPS/Teamsters Central Region Supplement Online?

Does anyone know where there is a copy of the 2008-2013 Central Region UPS/Teamsters Supplement online in Microsoft WORD format? All I have been able to find is a PDF file of scanned pages from a tentative copy of the agreement. I need it to copy/paste parts of the contract into emails and forum posts, but I can't do it very easily with scanned pages in PDF files.

I could also use a copy of the 2008-2013 Local 710 UPS agreement in WORD format also if anyone might know where to find it.

I haven't seen any word format of any of the contract....only PDF.
I have no problem C&Ping fro PDF.
