The cat's out of the bag.
$25 million for a 10 year period. How much money do you think they made off those contracts
Not like its news. UPS knew it was coming hence its crackdown on things like record-drive-release. I am only surprised the government got involved.
Well Robert Faulk is getting paid
$25 million is just a small blip compared to government waste. And a lot of those UPS delays probably really were caused by lazy government employees but UPS couldn't prove it. Another one of those cases where it is cheaper to just pay instead of trying to fight it.
A FedEx Express whistleblower blew the whistle on FedEx for the exact same thing years ago, and also received millions.
So will this come directly out of @UpstateNYUPSer pocket?
And how is this any different from them doing this to a resi or commercial delivery?
25 mill? Oh great, now safe driving awards are out the window!
If they would have kept an extra route in,this would have never happened.
Guess 25 million is cheaper than Adding a route.?
I'm too lazy to read the link.
The crap he does is the reason why their paying this. Recording in building......yea no one will know.
And yet the stuff management falsifies is unbelievable.!!!
yea for something this scale it's hard to blame the drivers. I'm sure management was behind it. it sounds systematic
Duh. For years we were told it's fine as long as you scan by 10:29. I scanned plenty at 10:29 and drove 10-15 miles to deliver them.
Before GPS it was harder to prove you were really late. Now everything is tracked.
Can I pay the fine with the deposits from water and soda bottles?
Work as directed.
