UPS truck driver parks across 3 handicap parking spaces

Is this guy serious? The UPS driver told her that “we were never trained to not park in these spots.” Does he really need "training" to know not to park in a handicap spot?

There have been times i have blocked a handicapped spot, but I make sure there are still spots available, and I will be in and out. If I might be a while, I park farther away, and dont block any.

Sometimes at an office building I'll block the last of eight handicap spots, only if I'm going to be 'in and out'.

Unless all of a sudden eight handicapped drivers show up, I'm usually golden...

Probably. It will not be a bigger waste of money than on-road soups riding around in rented cars spying on drivers or spending a $1000 to investigate a $10 broken mirror.

If you work thirty years as a package driver, you probably will earn a handicap parking space. I have seen it more than once.

When it gets below 20 degrees I bring soup with me too work. It does the trick and warms me up.
