    UPS worker claims supervisor called him 'stupid' in lawsuit - Madison St. Clair Record

    A former employee of United Parcel Service (UPS) filed suit in U.S. District Court Nov. 17, claiming his civil rights were violated.

    Good grief. I was once called a "stupid ****" by my old supervisor, but I didn't go whining about it.

    Not in parcel they don't...Maybe they need to go to Fed Ex and try to organize them. They might have a better chance!!!!:thumbup1:

    because as Teamsters we are all allowed our opinions

    Glad to hear the teamsters are protecting employees rights to act abusively towards their supervisors.
