just hope i have the time. do two more warning letters cause me to get fired even if they are from different things? like if im late with a saver next time. .. is that the same as air? maybe thats a dumb question. idk

thanks guys, upstatenyupser i did ride the routes that i qualified on. had to do it twice. but anyway. i dont have that luxury all time unfortuanately

If you don't have time to physically drive the routes perhaps you can use Google maps and do it while you are watching TV.

Yes, saver is the same as NDA----it just has a different commit time.

The warning letter should be thrown out as you were not at the meeting nor were you ever given the opportunity to explain what happened.

No one is telling you to be a "Joe Union" but you also don't want to be a door mat.

You have the contractual right to grieve a warning letter, especially an inaccurate one.

im going to. i think what they'll do since i was on vacation last week is try and talk with me tomorrow morning. then they can say that its accurate

The warning will have a date in the upper right hand corner and the date of the "meeting" within the body of the text. Talking to you tomorrow will not correct those errors.

i have one more question. hypothetically speaking if im not late with air or savers but i dont get done for the day when im in the blind and they had to keep sending me help for a while. can they fire me or no ?

No question is a dumb question. And the answer is no, you won't be fired. There is a progression of discipline that they have to follow, and you would have to have hearings on said infractions before it got to that point, relax your gonna be fine.
