Was the company still profitable on Friday?

My monday was under 9 and today , well someone had to eff up. I had half my regular dispatch and was done delivering before my lunch. (between 3rd and 6th hr.)

Lucky you. I left today at 9:45am. Feeders were over 2hrs late today

I wonder what costs them more, Friday or all the missed each day(assuming they get refunded).

UPS can juggle numbers around and show a profit on that Friday if they want to. It is all a numbers game and not about service anyway.

I saw two loaders trying to close the back and front door of a stuffed package truck and it was not wanting to shut at all, simultaneous failure. And since Friday, those trucks are consistently stuffed.
Something is working, and it could be Amazon's fault, lol...j/k
