Had a great day going until I had to bail out management from a very serious situation. On the bright side, I do believe I may have parlayed that into a 4-day weekend starting on 12/25. We'll see.

Extra-contractual agreements aren't necessarily prohibited in the master - the language states that the company agrees to just not to enter into them either individually or collectively - but even if they do, which they do on the regular with these "last chance agreements" they make with the screw-ups, the union simply just does not recognize them.

Read and understand your contract before attempting to be snarky.

Pretty much a repeat of yesterday except more small residential and less business bulk.
