Wtf is western MD? That state is barely bigger than Rhode Island. I didn't know there was an east and a west.

Despite its size MD varies widely depending on where you live. Mountains on one end and the ocean on the other.

according to my map, Hagerstown delivers that area; looks like they have a MD center and a MD/WV center
