Still a pre-loader but just want to get a heads up before hand. Thank you and any other tips would be appreciated
How are you a preloader and you don't already know this? We are supposed to be able to regurgitate that information on command like obedient parrots. And be able to demonstrate the 8 keys to lifting and lowering using a box.

We use LEADS:

Look before stepping
Establish firm footing
Adjust for changing conditions
Don't run---walk at a brisk pace.
Stay off moving belts, rollers or slides.
