8 Keys:

Position your feet shoulder width apart, one slightly ahead of the other.
Grasp the package with opposite corners.
Test the package for weight and shifting contents.
Lift with a smooth steady motion.
Pivot or step, don't twist.
Keep the natural curve of the back.

These are the only eight keys I worry about. And I don't know the Five Seeing Habits word for word either. I'm at 27 years of safe driving now.

Every time some new sup asked me to say those things , I played dumb & screwed up the things to make them waste their time telling me all the correct ways to say them.
The most I told them was All Good Kids Like Milk.
I started doing that years before retiring, so today I know nothing.
