What contract and raises would I be entitled to?

I was hired seasonal in November but my technical hiring date is January 16th. I'm a package handler. I wasn't told much about this contract but I was aware of the 90 day 1$ raise. Also the new contract starts new hires off at 9.50 I believe....and I've been getting paid 8.50. Would I be entitled for a check when the contract gets passed? I'm also aware that the 90 day raise isn't in the new contract so I'm just so confused as to what my raises would be...
