What ever happened to "Perfect Sevice Monday"?

Its seems that since implementation of EDD/PAS, Perfect Sevice Monday's have gone the way of the holiday turkey, dispatches under
10 hours, and supervisors with driving experience. 2 or 3 misloads daily, ringing doorbells at 8 o'clock, and zero ability for re-attempts
doesn't sound all that good for our "best in business" service.

The shareholders didn't want to hear any of that crap about "service" or "perfect". Hell, they were pissed off when they found out we didn't work eight days a week and
got holidays off. As a result, the screws have been tightened, and for now on, we will all have brooms placed up our butts so we can clean the floors while we work. That way, we can fire the janitors.

It went bye-bye. Different flavor of the month or quarter.

most customers i've dealt with just want their **** as quickly as possible, in undamaged condition

anything beyond that is stealing time to me

We still do it in our building. Unfortunately with the SPC they want us to put out it is tough for the drivers to get everything done without calling in for help.
