What happens to all my accumulated sick hours when going from PT to FT

I've already been informed that my vacation hours will be cashed out after I make seniority as a full-time driver. But what about my sick hours? I have over 50 hrs in the sick-day bank, will they cash me out, roll them over, or just reset that number to zero?

Most likely will get paid out at your old rate.

We get sick days which can also be used as personal days.

All vacation time, sick time, option days are cashed out.

If you don't request cash out, they will roll everything over to next year until its limit, and as long as it roll, you will get the most recent pay rate. That's my case.
