Our reload has been getting cut from a 8 person crew to 5-6 and still expecting everything to get done on time.. which involves loading 4 trailers, fueling 30 trucks and getting smalls done with smart scan any opinions appreciated

Production isn't your problem. That is their problem. Don't worry about it and work at a "safe pace." Be sure to tell them that when they tell you to work harder.

To be the man, you gotta beat the man.
Work at your own pace. And like someone else said, if they want you to work harder and fast then just tell them you are working safe. They may annoy you but screwem. If you guys get in there and bust your ass and get the job done, then they are going to cut you down to a 3 or 4 crew, then complain because you aren't getting the job done.

We do 2 trailers, 25 trucks and smalls with 6 and we barely get the trailers out on time or sometimes run over by 10 minutes. I think our average volume is like 1000 pieces to be sorted in 2 hours when the first trailer leaves.
