A group of eight current and former employees of United Parcel Service in Kentucky have sued the company saying they faced racial discrimination, poor treatment based on race and retaliation after they complained.
The men also contend an effigy of a black UPS employee hung from the ceiling outside the manager's office for four days.

Some not very bright decisions, don't know what was intended, but you just have to shake your head and wonder.

To me, a toboggan is a sled but it is also a cap. I think they used a UPS cap as a head. If this is racist, I guess we better change our uniform color because I see a whole lot of racism being worn all winter.

No mention of the union either which I find very strange. I would like to know what the charges for dismissal were. ..."The men say they were punished more severely than white employees for "alleged workplace infractions." Two of the employees were fired; two others resigned, which the lawsuit says constitutes "constructive discharge."...

Not really sure how prostate cancer is considered a "black man's disease" per the lawsuit article. Never heard that before, just heard it developed in males after 40.

Looked it up from Wiki - " In the United States, prostate cancer more commonly affects black men than white or Hispanic men, and is also more deadly in black men."
