We pay our union leaders to fight for us and get us the best contract! This contracts serves the interests of UPS only. Based on the 4 yr progression rule..by the time you get hired full time most likely 10 yrs down the road and then receive full scale pay.....14yrs...your only goin to earn top rate for 15 yrs or so for your whole career. what a joke that is!!! And the new hires start at $10 an hour, what about the current part timers? They deserve the $1.50 bump is pay too!!!! Then ya have worse healthcare also with copays etc..............dont stand for this garbage after UPS record profits!

Wages progression and moving to union healthcare is all we know.

As of now what I KNOW it's a no vote.
