What You Can Learn From a Soda

I will probably sound ancient --but does anyone remember the "Soda Fountain" stores with the Vanilla and chocolate "Egg creams" ??
I will let you know up front -- does not matter if you remember or not --as far as I know --no lessons to be learned

I remember the soda fountains in the drug stores....the lime phosphates and vanilla cokes. Great milk shakes too.

I would love to try Manhatten Special that the guy was talking about.....a coffee cola....2 of my favorite remaining vices.

pour your coke (reg. or diet) and add 1 tsp of real vanilla extract. Add lots of ice and it comes kind of close.....just not as 'creamy' tasting
