Real food. Sandwich(real meat, real cheese), fruit. No powders. That stuff will ruin your insides.
No lunch meat. thats for sure.

During the warm weather. I get a big cup of chocolate ice cream with tons of peanut butter cup chips. They usually see me park. It is ready when I get to the counter. Sit in the air conditioning. Read my kindle or watch the Yankee game.
During the cold weather will eat blt, or some kind of wrap with French fries. They give me a good pile. Lunch is my most important stop of my day. Always in 3rd to 5th
