I just wanted to introduce myself. I was hired in November as a jumper, busted my ***. The driver put in a good word to the right people, and I was kept on as "Preloader". First day at the hub today. Started off unloading trailers, then was moved to small sort for the rest of the shift. I prefer the heavy lifting, but small sort was cake. No complaints from me, I'm in now and plan to put in the required time and effort. Props to all
